WBS Blazer is a free framework for organizations operating in the Agile Blazer methodology.
The Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Developers Team work closely together.
The
framework allows everyone to communicate simply, including the stakeholders. The environment enables up-to-date and more accurate monitoring of performance and expenses.
The Scrum Master leads the Agile development team and supports the Product Owner by relaying updates to relevant employees in the development teams.
The Product Owner defines the Functionality of the Product as the customer representative.
A joint brainstorming of the Product Owner and the Scrum Master provides the technology, architecture, and database that the developer will use.
The Product Owner provides a backlog by prioritizing each sprint by the Value delivered to ensure the company gains maximum value from the product.
WBS blazer provides:
Kanban Board - tasks management as well as archive used by all integrated the following:
Functionality Breakdown Structure (FBS) – the system functions as defined by the customer
Product Breakdown Structure (PBS) – the product breakdown as system modules
Value Breakdown Structure (VBS) – for each functionality a value/priority is set by the customer
Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) - the backlog notes as part of the big picture
All WBS Blazer Breakdown Structures are linked so that the stakeholders can view the overall current functional delivery rated by the value priority provided by the customer.
The Scrum Master and the Product Owner have mostly overlapping roles and responsibilities and skills as well. Every one of them requires an alternate level of communication and mindset enabled using the WBS Blazer.
